I am shalini from chennai,I have been using this tata docomoprepaid number(9042226795) for the past one year but for the last two weeks I am unable to contact anybody,even customer care number(121) is not dialing.Whenever I dial a message comes”check operator service”.Sir can you please look into this matter as soon as possibleas I have given this number to many of my clients.

Hi, i am new to banglore.i purchsed a new Tata Docomo prepaid . i cant able to get connect to customer care for 1 week. always it saying as “all our representative are busy with other customer, pl try again later or mail us to some id.
i dont know how many employees are working in docomo cus care division. it really sucks..

there are no response from customer care also .There is a option of Exn.No.9
but when we dialing this number ,they replies INVALID SELECTION………..
I dont Know what to do.,can any docomo official Help me.

Weekly 10 /- balance detected from my mobile for horoscope. but am not activate the horoscope. Care center peoples also not response. and last month mean Feb 23 i activate per Minit 30 Pise plan for 3 months today 13 April 2012 bust offer disconnects.

i never seen such worst customer care service like this. They simply activated caller tune for my number and deducted 120 Rs from my account. I tried to reach out customer care, There is no option to talk to customer care executive. I am going to file a compliant or else i will change the service provider. For these kind of things you can go and beg somewhere. Nasty fellows.
