      hey you need to the near by police station and got to give a complaint that ur mobile is stolen and provide your IMEI number to them. to block your sim go to the near by your carrier showroom {airtel,vodafone showrooms etc} and ask them to block your sim card by giving the 10 digit number………………..

    Disappointed with Nokia Service. Had a battery problem with my E71 for which Nokia Care in Kolkata suggested battery replacement. Inspite of my insisting that it might be a handset issue and they should check first, they asked me to purchase a new battery and that would solve my problem. New battery worked for a couple of weeks but then again the same issue cropped up. Same Nokia Care now wants to check my handset!

    My concern is – they should have checked the handset during my 1st visit itself rather than asking me to spend 1000 rupees and buy a new battery! Now, they want me to submit my handset for investigation and they need 2-5 working days. No problem in submitting but they should atleast provide a standby handset to me for the duration. What if it is now a handset issue? I am sure they wont refund me for the new battery I purchased. Being an MNC, they should have a much better customer service and not harass us.
