    I have Recharged my mobile no. 8796416730 throughEasyMoileRecharge.com.for Rs.100./- on 1st April at 2200 hrs. But sorry to say that the same has not recharged yet. Take this complaint seriously and take necessary action urently, and responsible be punished.

    When I compalined to Easy MonbileRecharge, I was informed that sometimes opoerators do onot provide the alk time as main balance, but the balance is added as dedicated balance, and asked me to confirm with the provider about the same.

    My mobile has no such scheme, and as such it is requesed that kindly take action immediately for recharging my mobile, failing which I will take the case to consumer redressal forum.

    Please why do you take all the money from my phone whenever i recharge and tell me that i have no money for any calls. This has been happening for three months and i can not recharge peacefully. I have not subscribed for any of your other services but you keep taking my money. I tried again last week and all the money was taken immediately when i neither made a call nor sent an sms. My number is 7299808540. It will be cheaper for me to discard your sim.

    I am aircel customer for more than 8 years. Still now am using your network. i would like to inform you that, when recharge my mobile no,next second that amount deduct some other service with out our knowledge as well as with out our approval.

    Kindly look in this and take necessary action for this such kind of services.

    We request you to kindly disconnect the other services (like music,jokes &etc)
